• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
• You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates.

Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at www.beyondtheboundary.co.za. We want to ensure you have a wonderful reading experience. Please review our refund guidelines below.

1. Return Window

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the date your order was delivered.

2. Condition of Items

• Books must be in original, unread, and pristine condition.
• The spine must be unbroken with no creases, marks, or dog-eared pages.
• Sealed items, such as special editions, box sets, or blind-date books, must remain unopened.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Digital downloads, eBooks, or audiobooks.
• Clearance, bargain, or sale section items.
• Gift cards.

4. How to Initiate a Return

• Email our support team at support@beyondtheboundary.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
• Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

5. Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

• If your book arrives damaged or misprinted, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photographic proof.
• We will gladly send a replacement copy at no extra charge or issue a full refund.
